What would you do? • The Reporting & Analytics -Insights & Intelligence Trainer builds the analytical maturity of the tower equipping analysts to turn data into decision-ready insight through advanced Power BI visualization, data modelling, forecast narratives, and storytelling. What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Training Needs Analysis (TNA) - P5 • Secondary skill - Instructor-Led Training (ILT) - P5 • Training and Transition experience - P5 • Multi-lingual skills or multi-cultural experiences • Global sales or business experience • Strong Excel & PowerPoint proficiency required • Supporting new transitions, Building Process maps and DTPs, Root Cause Analysis and coaching team members • MS Office mandatory • Power BI, BI tool certification preferred
Roles and Responsibilities: • 4-6 years of experience in Sales Operations Reporting & Analytics, with a minimum of 3 years in Sales Analytics Training • Training Content: Develop and maintain role-based training on analytics, Power BI, storytelling, AI-enabled tools, and business fundamentals. • Onboarding & Delivery: Lead new-hire onboarding and deliver training through instructor-led, hands-on, and self-paced learning formats. • Assessment & Coaching: Evaluate learning, certify readiness, and provide ongoing coaching to improve analytics and reporting quality. • Training Strategy: Identify capability gaps, measure training impact, and align learning initiatives with business and analytics goals. • Governance & AI Enablement: Manage training standards, content libraries, and adoption of AI-enabled analytics tools with appropriate controls. • Training & Facilitation Skills: • Training design and delivery tailored to audience needs • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Experience with instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, SCORM) • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and LMS platforms • Expertise in process transitions, process documentation, root-cause analysis, and coaching • Domain Expertise: • Sales, consumption, and forecasting reporting • Business insights, ad hoc reporting, and decision support • Power BI dashboards and data visualization • Data management, KPI monitoring, and data quality controls • SQL, Power Query, Power Pivot, and BI best practices • Agentic AI and NLQ tools adoption, coaching, and validation
