Job Description: 

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant with expertise in Vertiv, APC (Schneider Electric), and Samsung Enterprise Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, positioning, and presenting end-to-end infrastructure solutions including Data Centre Power, Cooling, UPS, Racks, Monitoring Systems, Digital Signage, LED Displays, and Enterprise Collaboration Solutions.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, solution architecture capabilities, and experience supporting enterprise, government, education, healthcare, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design and propose end-to-end solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare technical solution architectures covering:
  • UPS Systems
  • Precision Cooling
  • Data Center Infrastructure
  • Racks & PDUs
  • DCIM Solutions
  • Digital Signage
  • Video Walls
  • LED Display Solutions
  • Enterprise Displays
  • Smart Collaboration Solutions
• Conduct site assessments and infrastructure audits.

Pre-Sales Engagement

• Work closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, workshops, and presentations.
• Understand customer business requirements and map them to suitable technology solutions.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.

Proposal & Bid Management

• Prepare:
  • Technical proposals
  • Bill of Materials (BoM)
  • Solution sizing documents
  • Compliance statements
  • RFP/RFQ responses
  • Technical presentations
• Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for pricing and solution validation.

OEM & Partner Coordination

• Engage with OEM technical teams for:
  • Solution validation
  • Design approvals
  • Special configurations
  • Technical escalations
• Maintain relationships with Vertiv, APC, Samsung, and channel partners.

Commercial Support

• Support sales teams in:
  • Opportunity qualification
  • Cost optimization
  • Margin improvement
  • Competitive positioning
• Assist in technical negotiations and customer presentations.

Market Intelligence

• Track industry trends in:
  • Data Centers
  • Edge Infrastructure
  • Power Management
  • Cooling Technologies
  • Smart Buildings
  • Digital Workplace Solutions
• Analyze competitor offerings and positioning strategies.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ECE, EEE, E&I, IT, Computer Science)
• MBA (Preferred)

Experience Requirements

• 5–12 years in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales.
• Experience in System Integrators, OEMs, IT Infrastructure Providers, or Data Center Solutions organizations.
• Strong experience in enterprise customer engagements and solution design.
