Teamcenter PLM Integration Lead

The Teamcenter PLM Integration Lead will provide technical leadership in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Siemens Teamcenter solutions across manufacturing operations. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and business stakeholders, this role will drive PLM strategy, system integration, manufacturing data management, and digital thread initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, Active Workspace (AWC), Easy Plan, and NX, combined with practical manufacturing domain knowledge. This role requires the ability to deliver scalable PLM solutions that enhance collaboration, data governance, product traceability, and operational efficiency.

PLM Solution Design & Architecture

• Design and implement scalable Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using Siemens Teamcenter, Active Workspace (AWC), Easy Plan, and NX.
• Define solution architecture aligned with engineering and manufacturing business requirements.
• Establish best practices for solution deployment, governance, and lifecycle management.

System Integration

• Lead integration of Teamcenter with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and CAD/CAM applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data exchange and process synchronization.
• Support enterprise-level digital transformation and digital thread initiatives.

Manufacturing Data Management

• Configure and manage Teamcenter capabilities including: 
  • Bill of Materials (BOM) Management
  • Change Management
  • Revision Control
  • Supplier Collaboration
  • Security and Access Controls
• Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and governance across manufacturing processes.

Digital Thread Enablement

• Drive implementation of digital thread strategies to connect engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
• Improve collaboration across product development and manufacturing teams.
• Standardise PLM processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Manufacturing Process Optimisation

• Leverage Siemens NX capabilities for product design, simulation, manufacturing planning, and CAM programming.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Support digital manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.

Technical Leadership & Support

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams and end users.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex Teamcenter and NX-related issues.
• Define technical standards and best practices for PLM implementations.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure PLM solutions comply with organisational standards, quality requirements, and relevant industry regulations.
• Support audit readiness and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain governance processes for configuration and release management.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in PLM solution architecture, implementation, or integration.
• Proven experience with Siemens Teamcenter solutions in a manufacturing environment.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter.
• Experience with Active Workspace (AWC).
• Experience with Easy Plan and Siemens NX.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP, MES, and CAD/CAM platforms.
• Knowledge of BOM management, change management, revision control, and supplier collaboration.
• Experience defining solution architectures and leading technical implementations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) development.
• Hands-on expertise with Teamcenter Integration Toolkit (ITK) customisations.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter workflow development and system administration.
• Experience supporting Digital Thread and Digital Manufacturing initiatives.

Exposure to cloud-based PLM deployment strategies.
