Customer Assistance Manager_Business Loans-Hardship Assistance Unit_Madhya Pradesh
- Manage customer assistance related to business loans within the Hardship Assistance Unit. - Handle queries and support customers facing financial difficulties with their business loans. - Coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions and assistance. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Maintain records and documentation related to customer interactions and assistance provided. - Work closely with the financial services team to facilitate smooth loan hardship processes. - Provide timely and effective communication to customers to enhance satisfaction and retention. - Monitor and report on the status of hardship cases and resolutions. - Support the overall objective of helping customers manage their loan repayments during hardship periods. - Collaborate with stakeholders to improve assistance processes and customer experience.Job role
