- Responsible for managing and growing relationships with affluent business banking clients. - Focus on providing tailored banking solutions to meet the financial needs of affluent customers. - Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and offer appropriate banking products and services. - Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless banking experiences. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. - Drive business growth by acquiring new affluent clients and expanding wallet share within existing clients. - Support cross-selling of various banking products including loans, deposits, and investment services. - Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on client interactions and business performance.Job role
