Branch Manager - MLAP
Business Development & Sales
- Achieve branch business targets for MLAP products.
- Develop and execute local market strategies to increase loan sourcing.
- Build relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers, and referral partners.
- Generate new customer acquisitions through field activities and customer referrals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Portfolio Management
- Maintain healthy portfolio quality and ensure minimum delinquency levels.
- Monitor loan disbursements, repayments, and overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with collections and risk teams for delinquent account resolution.
- Ensure adherence to credit and underwriting policies.
Team Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Operations staff.
- Set individual performance targets and conduct regular reviews.
- Identify training requirements and improve team productivity.
- Drive a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure superior customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Address customer escalations and service-related issues promptly.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Monitor branch operational efficiency and process adherence.
- Maintain accurate documentation and record management.
- Ensure KYC, AML, and loan documentation standards are met.
Risk Management
- Monitor credit quality and fraud prevention measures.
- Ensure proper verification and due diligence before loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth processing.
