Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Offshore EUC End User Computing operations endpoint management identity administration and user support services The ideal candidate must possess expertlevel Active Directory knowledge along with strong experience in Microsoft Intune Entra ID Azure AD Windows administration endpoint security application deployment and enterprise support operations

The candidate will lead offshore EUC engineers manage daytoday operational activities drive automation and process improvements and collaborate with onsite teams to deliver secure and reliable enduser services

Key Responsibilities

Active Directory Mandatory Expert Level

Serve as the SME for Active Directory infrastructure and administration

Design and manage OU structures Group Policy Objects GPOs and delegation models

Manage user lifecycle activities including provisioning deprovisioning and access governance

Create and maintain security groups distribution groups and nested group structures

Troubleshoot authentication replication trust DNS Kerberos and ADrelated issues

Support Hybrid Identity environments integrating Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID

Administer Azure AD Connect synchronization and identityrelated services

Conduct Active Directory health checks and implement best practices

Endpoint Management

Manage Windows 1011 device lifecycle activities

Administer Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager

Manage device enrollment compliance policies configuration profiles and update rings

Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and deployment

Ensure endpoint compliance and security posture

Microsoft 365 Identity Management

Manage Entra ID Azure AD Microsoft 365 and identity governance

Support Conditional Access policies and authentication methods

Manage MFA SSO selfservice password reset and identity security controls

Implement and manage

Windows LAPS

Security Baselines

WDAC App Control for Business

AppLocker

Lead vulnerability remediation activities and security compliance initiatives

Application Management

Oversee application packaging and deployment

Support MSIMSIX packaging and deployment through Intune

Manage software lifecycle and version upgrades

Troubleshoot application deployment and compatibility issues

Leadership Service Management

Lead offshore EUC engineers and support teams

Manage incidents service requests problems and change activities

Drive SLA compliance and operational excellence

Participate in CAB reviews and production deployments

Develop SOPs runbooks and technical documentation

Coordinate with Security Infrastructure Network and Service Desk teams

Automation Reporting

Develop automation using PowerShell

Create operational dashboards and reports

Automate endpoint administration and remediation activities

Improve operational efficiency through scripting and process optimization
