Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong expertise in cash flow modeling to support transaction analysis, valuation, and deal structuring. Proficient in preparing teasers, information memorandums, and pitch books for M&A advisory mandates. Hands-on experience in transaction execution across the deal lifecycle, including due diligence and documentation support. Ability to lead West India go-to-market initiatives with a strong focus on deal origination and market positioning. Working knowledge of the real estate sector, including developer landscape across Mumbai and Pune, is highly desirable.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Post Graduate Diploma in Management
• MBA from any tier 1 business school or CA

Experience

• 10-12 years of relevant work experience with any Investment Bank/ Capital Market team
