Role Purpose 

Responsible for executing Shikhar programs as per defined plan to increase activation and spends

Role Accountability 

1. Manage Activation and Spends on Shikhar portfolio in assigned geographical area
2. To deliver on activation and spends on Shikhar portfolio
3. Create tie-ups and alliances with local/city centric merchants 
4. Launch & roll out local level engagement programs for cardholders
5. Liaise with sales for identifying merchants and execution support on branch/cluster level engagement programs & with Brand team for visibility of SBI Card brand / offer at merchant store / city catchment area
6. Track & report activation numbers for Shikhar Portfolio
7. Launch & Manage local merchant tie-ups 
8. All offer related execution responsibilities like LOI, agreement, logo , offer compliance, complaint redressal etc.
9. Onboarding local agency for local tie ups, Ensure Proper Billing process (PO)
10. Perform process documentation and compliance adherence
11. Roll out Regional festival campaigns
12. Maintain & Create Merchant funded Offer property
