Program Manager - COEs & Facilities
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Drive governance and review mechanisms for strategic and operational priorities across the function.
- Coordinate business reviews, leadership reviews, technology reviews, and management forums to ensure effective decision-making and execution.
- Track and monitor key business metrics, project milestones, product development programs, and organizational objectives.
- Partner with functional leaders to ensure alignment, timely escalations, and closure of critical action items.
Prepare executive dashboards, business reports, presentations, and insights for leadership reviews. - Support annual business planning, budget reviews, organization reviews, and workforce planning exercises.
- Lead cross-functional coordination between engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, finance, HR, and other support functions.
- Drive special projects, transformation initiatives, and strategic interventions with measurable business outcomes.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and execution challenges across key programs and facilitate resolution through stakeholder engagement.
- Establish robust tracking mechanisms and governance processes to improve speed, transparency, and accountability.
- Support innovation, technology roadmap reviews, capability-building initiatives, and organizational effectiveness programs.
- Facilitate external interactions, leadership engagements, customer reviews, and strategic partnerships as required.
- Generate actionable insights through data analytics and performance reporting to support informed business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes and operating mechanisms.
- Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of strategic business information and leadership priorities.
