Relationship Manager - Retail
- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify prospective borrowers through field visits, local market networking, and existing micro-finance customer bases.
- Income Assessment & Evaluation: Assess customer financials and business income through direct personal discussions and field inspections.
- Documentation & Processing: Collect KYC and property papers, complete loan application forms, and coordinate initial verifications.
- Credit & Legal Coordination: Work with underwriting, operations, and empanelled lawyers for legal/technical property evaluations and file clearance.
- Repayment Tracking: Monitor loan health and ensure regular, prompt collections and repayments.
- Customer Service: Resolve client queries, build long-term relationships, and cross-sell allied financial services.
