Software Engineer II - ServiceNow & Integration Hub

Job Summary

The Software Engineer II - ServiceNow Integrations is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms including Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Jira, Azure AD, and other business applications. This role drives enterprise automation and helps ensure reliable data exchange across systems.

Key Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, and support ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Graph APIs, and IntegrationHub.

·       Configure and maintain IntegrationHub Spokes and MID Servers.

·       Support integrations with Workday, Salesforce, Jira, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and other enterprise systems.

·       Develop and troubleshoot APIs, data synchronization processes, and automation workflows.

·       Monitor integration health, performance, and reliability.

·       Support platform upgrades and integration enhancements.

Maintain integration architecture and support documentation.

Required Qualifications

·       4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

·       Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub and enterprise integrations.

·       Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, and SSO technologies.

·       Experience working with enterprise application integration patterns.

·       Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·       ServiceNow CSA/CSI certification.

·       Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, Salesforce, Jira, and Microsoft technologies.

·       Experience with Azure Integration Services and API Management.

·       Experience with Azure Functions, APIs, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, and Azure Service Bus.

·       Knowledge of event-driven and cloud integration architectures.

·       Coordinate with other integration team members to design, deliver, troubleshoot, and support end-to-end integration solutions.

·       Collaborate with application and integration teams to define integration requirements.
