Product Manager-HO & SUPPORT-HO House Hold
Purpose of the Role
Own the design, evolution, and performance of Savings Account propositions across affluent customer segments.
Proposition Strategy
- Develop and evolve savings account propositions for key customer segments.
- Define product features, benefits, pricing, and positioning.
- Identify unmet customer needs and translate them into product enhancements.
Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct competitive benchmarking.
- Drive customer research and insight generation.
- Monitor customer trends and changing banking behaviors.
Segment Performance
- Recommend proposition improvements based on customer and business performance.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Distribution, Marketing, Analytics, and Digital teams to execute segment strategies.
