Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand client requirements and system functionalities. The role includes designing solutions tailored to meet specific needs, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and continuously improving existing applications through maintenance and enhancements. Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software solutions remain effective and aligned with client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating with Salesforce data models.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our NGDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
