ERP Senior Specialist
We are looking for a resource with functional knowledge of Infor LN Warehousing, Sales, Service, Global Trade module who can take up the role of a manual tester. Following is the day-to-day duties and tasks:
- Write Test Cases based on functional specifications.
- Understand the use cases/User Story.
- Execute test scripts to ensure the system release functions as expected.
- Identify and escalate, as necessary project risks and issues to the Project Manager.
- Be able to prepare reports on defects and problems that arise during system testing.
- Revise test cases as necessary based on project team feedback.
- As necessary modify/create Qualification Plan, Test Plans, Risk Assessments, Reports, Trace Matrix commensurate with project complexity.
- Report out statuses to the leads onshore daily during the Stand-up calls.
- Additionally, update efforts on a given work item on everyday basis.
- Provide true estimates on work assigned prior development. Also ask questions/provide comments on User Stories/work items assigned.
- Be a team player and flexible towards availability in case of any urgent issues that need immediate attention.
Basic Qualification:
- Should have 5+ years of work experience in planning the testing approach, designing, writing and executing Test Cases in an Agile/SCRUM based software development model.
- Expertise in manual functional testing of Infor LN Warehousing, Sales, Service, and Global Trade modules, including order management, inventory transactions, shipments, service orders, and trade compliance processes.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C), Warehouse Management, Service Lifecycle Management, and Global Trade workflows, ensuring seamless integration across business functions.
- Proficient in test case design, test execution, defect management, regression testing, and UAT support using Azure DevOps.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in writing SQL queries and backend data validations
