Position : Hightouch CDP Consultant / Senior Consultant

Experience : 2–6 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Hightouch CDP Consultant to design, implement, and optimize warehouse-native customer data solutions using Hightouch. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and marketing teams to enable audience activation, customer segmentation, identity resolution, and real-time marketing use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Hightouch Platform Implementation

• Configure and administer Hightouch CDP environments.
• Build and manage audience activation workflows.
• Create customer segments and activation use cases.
• Configure destinations and data syncs across marketing platforms.
• Support Reverse ETL implementations from cloud data warehouses.

Data Integration & Modeling

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to understand source data.
• Build and validate customer data models for activation.
• Work with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar platforms.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot sync and audience activation issues.

Marketing Activation

• Enable customer activation across various channels.
• Support use cases including:
• Customer onboarding
• Personalization
• Cross-sell/Upsell
• Abandoned cart
• Loyalty and retention
• Customer suppression
• Partner with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Participate in discovery workshops.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Prepare solution design documents and process flows.
• Work with clients and cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycle.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Experience with Hightouch CDP or Reverse ETL platforms.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience working with:
• Snowflake
• Databricks
• BigQuery
• Redshift
• Understanding of customer data models.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with API-based integrations.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms.

• Customer Data Platforms (CDP)

• Audience Activation
• Event-based Marketing
• Omnichannel Marketing Concepts
• Customer Lifecycle Management

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Iterable, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of identity resolution concepts.
• Python for data validation and automation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in MarTech, CDP, Data Engineering, or Marketing Technology implementations.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
