Team Member - Audit Compliance & Reporting| Thrissur

To support audit compliance and reporting activities through review of audit observations, evaluation of control effectiveness and monitoring of compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. The role contributes to governance and continuous improvement initiatives through analytical assessment and reporting.

• Perform HO authorization of Branch Banking audit observations for allocated zones.
• Provide guidance and support to auditors during audit execution and assist branches in rectification and closure of audit observations.
• Monitor and ensure timely closure of audit reports and audit observations.
• Coordinate with auditors, auditees, and business stakeholders for resolution of audit issues.
• Support departmental audits and special reviews as assigned from time to time.
• Assist in preparation of the Annual Audit Plan for Branch Banking by considering risk parameters, regulatory requirements, and business inputs.
• Allocate auditors for tranche audits and vetting processes in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Prepare and maintain identified resource lists under the Red List process for clearance of resigned and retired employees.
• Prepare presentations and reports on significant audit findings for ACE, ACB, and other governance committee meetings.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely rectification of significant audit observations.
• Consolidate audit-related data and prepare management presentations for EXCO and other senior management forums.
• Generate insightful MIS and dashboards for management review and decision-making.
• Maintain Revenue Leakage MIS, including tracking recovery status and updating RBS Tranche-I data.
• Maintain Branch Banking audit ratings MIS and other audit governance trackers.
• Coordinate with auditors and business teams for collection, validation, and dissemination of audit-related information.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of audit and compliance databases.
• Provide system support to auditors and auditees on the eTHIC audit platform.
• Manage audit allocation and scheduling activities in eTHIC.
• Create, modify, and maintain user IDs and access controls within the system.
• Coordinate with technical teams for resolution of application issues and track closure.
• Facilitate closure of audit reports in eTHIC and ensure system records are updated accurately.
• Consolidate and verify Travel Allowance (TA) bills submitted by RBIA and Gold Auditors and coordinate processing through centralized payment channels.
• Prepare vouchers for General Expenses, AMC payments, and other departmental expenses.
• Maintain MIS related to TA claims, audit expenses, and departmental budgets.
• Support administrative and operational activities of the Internal Audit Department.
