Sr. Manager - Building, Utilities & Other Infrastructure for Press & Body Shops
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Lead planning, execution and commissioning of Mechanical Utilities and Infrastructure for Press Shop & Body Shop.
- Ensure utility readiness for equipment installation, trials, commissioning and SOP.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Civil and Electrical teams for timely project execution.
- Manage contractors, consultants and vendors to achieve project targets related to quality, cost, delivery and safety.
- Drive installation and commissioning of compressed air, cooling water, ventilation, utility piping and supporting infrastructure systems.
- Establish maintenance, reliability and TPM systems to ensure uninterrupted utility support after SOP.
- Monitor utility performance, energy consumption and asset reliability and implement improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Support future capacity expansion, debottlenecking and utility enhancement projects.
- Develop team capability and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Experience
10-15 Years in relevant field
Industry Preferred
Automotive OEM / Auto Component / Industrial Manufacturing / EPC Projects
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
