Head - Finance & Accounts
Responsibilities
- Manage overall finance and accounting activities at the project/site level.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flows, and financial performance against approved plans.
- Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, monthly closing, and financial analysis.
- Track project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with project teams, procurement, contracts, and corporate finance functions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and company financial policies.
- Manage vendor payments, invoice processing, advances, and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor fixed assets, inventory, and working capital at the site.
- Facilitate internal and external audits and ensure closure of audit observations.
- Drive financial controls, governance, and risk management processes.
Qualifications
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com.
- 10–12 years of experience in project finance, site finance, manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure, power, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
