What would you do? • Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs • Selected candidates will undertake assigned projects and tasks to understand Knowledge Transfer activities, client operations, processes, and Mobilization procedures. They must remain flexible as work requirements evolve. • •CONSISTENCY AND STANDARDIZATION: Standardize KM processes and templates across transitions. • •CONTINUITY: Ensure knowledge continuity from transition planning to steady state. • •ZERO KNOWLEDGE GAPS: Prevent issues and escalations. • •PEOPLE AGNOSTICISM: Document and version-control KM steps to reduce reliance on individual KT resources. • •CONTENT DIGITIZATION SOURCE • Training & Transition experience • Training Need Analysis • Process documentation • Business controls • Fixed asset management • Inter company • Account reconcilation • Month end reporting • Journal posting • Finanical reports • Master data setup (WBSE)
What are we looking for? • •5-7 years of experience, with at least 4-5 years of RTR domain experience • •Primary skill - Training Needs Analysis (TNA) - P5 • •Secondary skill - Instructor-Led Training (ILT) - P5 • •Finalize the KT training plan with the client SME and Transition Lead. • •Standardize the template for daily training capture. • •Agree on the training method for each topic.
Roles and Responsibilities: • •Finalize the KT plan with the client SME and Transition Lead. • •Standardize daily training capture. • •Agree on each topics training method. • •Coordinate client training access with Mobilization • •Coordinate access to client capture tools such as Epiplex or AIDT. • •Liaise with the client on knowledge capture and KT. • •Align the SOW with transition tasks. • •Manage the knowledge transfer. • •Serve as a KT resource. • •Ensure Delivery KT resources report to the CD Knowledge Manager. • •Be the Mobilization Program Managers knowledge-management POC. • •Track knowledge capture and flag deviations. • •Define inputs, outputs, deliverables, and quality gates. • •Govern knowledge capture with the Mobilization Program Manager. • •Plan and report training backlog mitigation. • •Report KT traveller underperformance and mitigation. • •Understand Gate 1, 3 assessment methods. • •Help all KT resources pass stage-gate assessments. • •Flag KT performance issues and recommend mitigation. • •Finalize DTP counts with Mobilization by process. • •Agree on internal and client DTP reviews and reporting. • •Review and first-sign off KT-created DTPs. • •Incorporate feedback and secure client DTP sign-off. • •Agree on DTP version control and review cycles. • •Agree on client process-change timelines. • •Flag people- or technology related DTP delays.
