Tax Specialist
Direct Tax Specialist: Job Description
- Assists in preparation of Transfer Pricing (TP) – 92D documentation & TP Assessments.
- Assists in preparation of submissions for CIT(Appeals) & Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.
- Assists in preparation of submissions for Corporate Tax Assessments.
- Assists in reporting requirements - Global Tax reporting, CBCR, Master file.
- Assists in analysing IND-AS impact on direct taxation for Tax computation and reporting.
- Assists in computation of Global / Foreign Tax credits, Income Tax liability and Advance tax.
- Assists in filing of Income-tax returns, Form 67 & Form 3CEB.
- Assists in completion of Tax Audits.
- Assists in computation of Tax provision, Deferred tax & Effective Tax Reco for Monthly closing.
- Assists global tax team in tax planning and tax reporting.
- Co-ordination in documentation for dividend distribution to NR and handling of tax compliance.
- Assists in aAnalysis and providing of opinion on tax queries.
- Assists in review of tax clauses in service agreements / contracts.
- Co-ordination in filing of MAP application as per DTAA between India and USA.
