IT Technical Senior Specialist

 

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications across onsite and remote environments.
• Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, imaging, deployment, upgrades, refreshes, and asset recovery.
• Support conference room and collaboration technologies, including audio/video systems, meeting room solutions, and workplace technology platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, network connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve incidents, perform repairs, and maintain technology standards.
• Support onboarding, office moves, technology rollouts, and other end-user technology initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, assets, incidents, and service requests using IT service management tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and the overall end-user experience.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7-8 years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments, workplace technologies, or IT operations.

Technical Skills

• Experience supporting Windows 11 in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with device deployment, imaging, lifecycle management, software installation, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Active Directory.
• Experience supporting conference room and collaboration technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms,
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, server infrastructure, endpoint security, and enterprise IT systems.

• Experience with asset management, vendor coordination, and technology refresh or deployment programs.
