Role Purpose

Drive HR initiatives - Make Life Simple for Employees using AI / Automation and new age tools (BOTS/ Attendance Management, Ramco Payroll, Stock option Portal , Health Insurance Portal, rewards Portal)

Role Accountability 

1. Demonstrated skills to gather document requirements, provide expertise to analyze  business requirements and Ensure delivered/custom solutions to meet these requirements .
2. Ability to draw out requirements from SMEs and end-user
3. Solutioning capabilities :Providing the guidelines to business for the intricate problem  to ensure Human Resource (HR) function can be highly geared.
4. Manage Project and Release management cycles. Responsible for driving Project Deliveries through successful execution
5. Coordinate and Provide developers to support and help in Fit gap analysis, Best Practices and Tracking of the State of the Components
6. Ensure continuous support for managing IT vendors across all initiatives and explore cost optimization and healthy efficient HR system solutions
7. Prioritization of the issues and activities on the basic of level of Priorities and Importance and well-timed resolution of the tasks. -Maintain a cross-skill project activities without bottlenecks.
8. Good stakeholder management across BAU, Project and Vendor teams including Senior Management for Project Status reporting
9. Ensure standard delivery practices are being followed by planning and monitoring technical tasks related to any Implementation.
10. Facilitate technical discussions and align identified resources for relevant technical assignments
11. Monitor and improve upon existing Support processes by building and aligning them to ITIL Service Delivery and Support processes.
12. Be the focal point of contact for issues/questions related to HRMS Applications and related Integration touch points
13. Responsible for effective Application monitoring by proactively identifying issues and ensuring proper notifications are being received by Support groups for action
14. Responsible for Incident and Knowledge Management. Incumbent is responsible to work with Vendor, Internal and External teams to drive closure with corrective actions in place while documenting proper RCA's for the issue.
15. Competency to Coordinate with functional/technical team members to help in creation of Configurations workbooks, Functional design and Technical Document.

1. Meets the agreed Operational metrics related to Incident Management, SLA and Application Up Time
2. Delivery of Mid-Large Size Projects within budgeted cost and timelines
3. Delivers measurable Operational Efficiencies

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

1. Oracle HCM Domain Expertise - Good understanding of AI based tools (i.e. BOT) and other HR applications (i.e. attendance system etc.)
2. Strong solutioning skills
3. Project Management skills with efficient planning and tracking of Project deliverables
4. HRMS module implementation experience, which encompasses  process analysis; requirements definition; process design, -mapping, and re-engineering; process/software gap analysis and resolution; troubleshooting and issue resolution; configuration and use; and test script creation and testing.
5. Strong problem solving ability. Should be able to clearly understand problem statement, engages right support teams to work on it, analyzes the solution approaches and implement the best solution
6. Possess strong analytical skills and showcase problem solving skills by effective communication strategy. Source data points for effective Decision Making process and remove obstacles/resolve ambiguity
7. Possess excellent Writing and Verbal communication skills
8. Demonstrated ability to lead testing events, log issues that are identified, and drive issue resolution activities 
9. Collaborate with 3rd party vendor and HR to drive system enhancements as required 
10. Project Management/Tracking Skills, certifications in Project Management will be preferred
