Drive automation opportunities and continuous improvement across analytical processes and reporting frameworks. • Expertise in Market Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Competitive Analysis, Market Share & Volume Analysis, Nielsen RMS KPIs, Forecasting, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Data Visualization, Stakeholder Management, Business Reporting, Team Leadership and Process Improvement.
What are we looking for? • 8-12 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Business Analytics or related analytical roles. Strong analytical, reporting and storytelling skills with experience in market performance analysis, forecasting, stakeholder management and team leadership. FMCG or Tobacco industry experience preferred. • Deliver commercial performance tracking, market intelligence and business analytics services that convert market, consumer and competitive data into actionable insights.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead market information and business analysis activities across assigned markets. Analyze market performance, industry trends, competitor activity, market share and volume metrics to support business planning. Manage reporting and forecasting cycles, perform data validation and quality checks, develop dashboards and reports, and generate actionable business insights. Partner with planning, finance, supply chain and leadership teams to address analytical requirements, support decision-making and drive business outcomes. Identify automation and process improvement opportunities, enhance analytical methodologies and lead capability building, coaching and development of team members.
