Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Shared Services Outsourcing Advisory 

Responsibilities: 

PwC India is hiring experienced professionals for its GBS / GCC Advisory practice Hyderabad. We are seeking candidates with strong experience in GCC advisory, GBS set-up, scale-up, and operating model transformation. As part of this high-performing team, you will work on diverse engagements with local and global teams. You will be part of the entire cycle of strategy to execution for GBS / GCC set-ups working with clients across industries and drive meaningful business impact. 

Shared Services Outsourcing Advisory Specific 
- Worked across multiple corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal etc.), supporting business transformation and shared services expansion. 
- Experience with GBS / GCC strategy roadmap creation, detailed future state design and transition management,  

- experience in location strategy, activity level scoping for various functions (Fin, HR, IT, procurement etc.) and FTE sizing 

- Business case scenario modelling based on various options 

- Transition roadmap creation  

- Designing the target operating model design  
- Ability to design processes using tools such as Visio, Aris etc, mapping hand off points, identifying controls  

• - Experience in financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and FTE sizing for GCC/GBS feasibility studies. 
  - Experience with automation and digital enablers (RPA, AI, process mining, analytics tools) to streamline GBS operations 
  - Worked with senior stakeholders to design KPIs, SLAs, and governance mechanisms for GBS service management 
  - Managed service delivery transformation projects, including outsourcing vendor selection and contract management. 
  - Experience with at least 1 end to end GBS/GCC execution program  
  - Strong foundation in core consulting skills such as client stakeholder management, problem solving, strategic thinking, and strong proficiency in power point, excel and Visio skills 
  - Experience with project management methodologies and tools

Ability to work independently in a multi-cultural environment both as an individual or as a part of the team. 
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
- Proven experience of client facing work with client handling capabilities including senior stakeholders 

Preferred skill sets: 

Manage timelines and resources on projects 
- Manage Project Economics (Billing & Collection, Risk Reviews and approvals etc)  
- Manage Client CXO level  

- Responsible for contribution and generating sales pipeline 
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables  
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities 
- Lead and manage large teams of finance professionals 
- 14 + Years of experience with at least 10 years relevant to JD

      14 to 18 Years 

Education qualification: 

• BE/B.Tech/ MCA/M.Tech/ MBA / PGDM in Finance / Accounting / Management
