The ERP Delivery Manager & Community Co-lead is a senior, pivotal individual contributor role within the ERP Delivery team. This position is dedicated to serving as the critical bridge from the ERP Delivery organization to the Technical operations team that manage products within Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.  

As we launch our new site, this pivotal role will be the linchpin that connects these two vital organizations. You will foster a culture of cross-functional synergy, ensuring that ERP delivery initiatives seamlessly align with the strategic needs of our manufacturing and supply chain products. In addition to community building and stakeholder alignment, you will wear a Delivery Manager hat, taking ownership of the crucial project initiation phase for new integration and technology initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison representing the ERP Delivery home organization to the Technical Operations Product Management team at the new site.

• Culture & Communication: Build a collaborative community environment. Break down organizational silos by translating technical ERP complexities into clear business impacts for the Technical Operations teams, and vice versa.

• Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify friction points between delivery constraints and product roadmaps, negotiating mutually beneficial solutions.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate regular syncs, workshops, and forums to ensure continuous alignment between ERP capabilities and manufacturing, quality, and supply chain business needs.

• Drive Product Strategy: Accountable for setting the product direction, ensuring all features and roadmaps align with defined financial objectives and organizational goals.

• Foster Trusted Partnerships: Build deep alliances with Business and IT executives through transparent communication, facilitate regular syncs, workshops, and forums to ensure continuous alignment between ERP capabilities and manufacturing, quality, and supply chain business needs.

• Champion Customer-Centricity: Act as the primary owner of the customer's problem, prioritizing internal user needs to deliver solutions that provide tangible value.

• Innovate with AI: Proactively integrate relevant Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into the product roadmap to maintain a competitive and future-ready portfolio.

Who are you:

• Experienced Product Leader: You bring 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis with a proven track record of launching technology products.

• Industry Specialist: You possess 2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.

• Technically Proficient: You have a strong understanding of software architecture (APIs, cloud) and the product development lifecycle, including GxP and GDPR.

• Strategic Communicator: You excel at translating high-level scientific goals into concrete roadmaps and influencing diverse groups toward a common vision.

• Agile Expert: You are skilled in SAFe facilitation and capable of removing systemic impediments to maintain operational excellence and flow.

• Academic Foundation: You are highly educated in a relevant scientific, technical, or business field, supporting your ability to navigate the healthcare landscape.
