Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Experience in configuring and managing security roles, permissions, and access controls within Workday HCM.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and business process alignment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Workday security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to deliver secure and efficient solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
Mandatory to have Workday Related certification.
