We are looking for a Senior Lead Technology Analyst, SAP ERP Platforms to join our location in Bangalore, India. This role is part of the Digital Functions and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the ERP CoE Platforms scope. Success in this position requires strong international collaboration, a deep understanding of modern SAP ecosystems, and a passion for delivery, innovation, and service excellence. 

As a Senior Lead Technology Analyst- SAP Integration, the candidate will be the definitive technical authority for the design, harmonization, and integration of highly complex, global IT landscapes spanning SAP and Non-SAP systems (On-Premise, Multi-Cloud, and Hybrid applications) utilizing state-of-the-art integration technology.

This is a strategic leadership and enterprise architecture role focused on defining the integration roadmap, leading the global BTP transformation, and establishing a scalable Integration Factory Model. The ideal candidate will transition the organization from bespoke development to a standardized, high-velocity integration delivery engine.

You will not only architect complex solutions but also govern the Center of Excellence (CoE), mentor technical leads, and partner with senior business stakeholders to ensure our SAP integration landscape enables seamless S/4HANA global transformations. The candidate will operate in an international, distributed, and multi-functional agile environment, driving enterprise-level standards and innovation.

Qualification & Experience

• 12+ years of extensive experience in the architecture, development, optimization, and governance of complex enterprise integrations, with a primary focus on SAP PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Advanced Event Mesh).

• 5+ years of proven experience functioning as an Integration Architect on large-scale, global implementations.

• Integration Factory / CoE Experience: Demonstrated success in designing, establishing, and running an Integration Factory Model or Integration Center of Excellence (CoE) to industrialize integration delivery, standardize patterns, and optimize offshore/nearshore delivery pods.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Transformation Mastery: Deep expertise in leading enterprise-wide legacy modernizations and global BTP transformations, utilizing assessment tools, automated accelerators, and risk-mitigated cutover strategies.

• Advanced BTP & EIC Capabilities: Exceptional proficiency with the SAP BTP ecosystem, including BTP Cockpit enterprise account modeling, Cloud Connector architecture, end-to-end setup and management of Edge Integration Cell (EIC), and multi-region high-availability setups.

• API & Event-Driven Architecture: Mastery of API-led connectivity and Event-Driven Architectures (EDA), with strong knowledge of API Management policies, lifecycle management, and Advanced Event Mesh.

• Technical Depth: While operating at an architectural level, must retain advanced, hands-on proficiency in Groovy Scripting, Java, XSLT, Web Services (REST, OData, SOAP), and complex message mapping.

• Enterprise Security: Deep understanding of Zero-Trust architecture and security protocols/metrics, including advanced Encryption (PGP, SSL/TLS), and Identity Authentication (mTLS, SAML, OAuth2, JWT).

• Strategic Vision: Continuous understanding and active anticipation of SAP roadmaps and strategies regarding integration, composable ERP, and AI-driven automation in integration spaces.

Roles

• Integration Ownership: Own the end-to-end integration architecture for the global landscape. Define and enforce enterprise-grade integration patterns, documentation standards, and architectural blueprints.

• Integration Factory Leadership: Design and operationalize the Integration Factory model. Define intake processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks to scale integration delivery across multiple scrum teams.

• Strategic Transformation Lead: Take full technical and strategic responsibility for the global BTP transformation program, ensuring zero business disruption and optimal re-architecture of legacy flows.

• Business Partnership: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Leadership, enterprise architects, and global business unit leaders to define integration scope, roadmap, and financial optimization.

• Platform Governance: Enforce strict governance standards by establishing platform metrics for stability, security compliance, system health, and architectural integrity across the hybrid landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design Scalable Solutions: Transform complex global business requirements into scalable, resilient technical designs, ensuring all edge cases, high-volume performance metrics, and security requirements are rigorously addressed.

• S/4HANA Transformation Support: Act as the lead integration authority for a global template SAP S/4HANA transformation, rolling out BTP-IS alongside the new core to ensure seamless, real-time data orchestration.

• Establish Secure Hybrid Connectivity: Architect, set up, and manage secure, high-throughput connectivity across complex multi-cloud and On-Premise landscapes using SAP Cloud Connector, rigorous Edge Integration Cell (EIC) installations and configurations, and appropriate networking protocols.

• Quality Assurance & Code Review: Oversee technical code reviews across the Integration Factory pods to ensure all developments align with architectural blueprints, quality standards, and Airbus/corporate best practices.

• High-Level Escalation: Serve as the ultimate escalation point for deep-dive troubleshooting and maintenance of critical production interfaces, driving root-cause analysis (RCA) and long-term resolution for high-compliance landscapes.

• Team Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship, upskilling, and guidance to senior developers, technology analysts, and offshore teams to foster a high-performance culture within the integration domain.

• Fulfillment of SLAs, service availability, and quick reaction to operational issues.

• Bringing innovative, cost-effective solutions to the ERP CoE.

• Successful bridging between EU and India to ensure seamless strategic and operational collaboration. 

• Demonstrated individual and team competency development in SAP Integration.
