Job Description

Relationship Manager - Retail

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and value targets for home loans and mortgage products (such as Loan Against Property - LAP). [1, 2]
  • Lead Generation & Sourcing: Procure new leads through open market sourcing, direct sales, and field visits. Build and manage channels like real estate developers, builders, brokers, and direct-to-consumer outreach. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • Customer Acquisition & Engagement: Conduct initial client meetings, perform financial needs analysis, and profile customer eligibility for housing finance products. [1, 2]
  • File Processing & Operational Turnaround: Collect, verify initial KYC/financial documents, and coordinate smoothly with internal credit, legal, and operations teams for timely loan sanctioning and disbursement. [1, 2]
  • Portfolio Quality & Compliance: Ensure sourced files adhere to credit policies, risk norms, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a healthy asset portfolio. [1]
  • Cross-Selling & Relationship Management: Promote third-party financial products or insurance offerings tied to the loan and maintain positive post-disbursement client relationships for referral
