Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of essential applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, collaborating with different teams to maintain system integrity and reliability, and swiftly addressing any disruptions to minimize business impact.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues and enhance system performance.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor system health and recommend improvements to prevent future issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their integration with SAP GRC modules.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
