As a Solutions Analyst III in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. With a strong foundation in data analytics and technical solutions, you will contribute to the development of innovative architecture designs and data-driven insights that guide business decisions. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will ensure clear and concise information exchange with diverse stakeholder audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments. 

Job responsibilities

• Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability and applying best practices to address evolving business needs
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field (NAMR/APAC – India/ LATAM/Hong Kong).
• Strong capability in requirements elicitation and documentation, including translating business needs into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycle practices, including requirements definition, testing/UAT support, implementation, and post-release stabilization.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across Product, Operations, Technology, and Controls in a matrix environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise materials and provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in JIRA, Microsoft Excel and Visio (or equivalent diagramming tools) with the ability to synthesize complex processes and data into clear artifacts
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency and analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, interpretation, and generating insights from large, diverse data sets to support strategic decision-making
• Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills  

 

• Experience in liquidity / cash management / commercial banking products or adjacent operational processes
• Experience using Copilot and Atlassian Jira for requirements capture, backlog management, and delivery tracking
• Experience using Atlassian Confluence for documentation management and knowledge sharing
• Familiarity with operational risk and control frameworks, including identification of exception handling, manual processes, and control gaps as part of solution delivery. Exposure to agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and non-functional requirements (e.g., resiliency, security, performance)
