Manager - Full Stack

 

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of full stack projects, including scoping, designing and documenting technical specifications, estimating, development, and implementation.
  • Build responsive front-ends with React.js or a comparable TypeScript UI framework
  • Develop back-end services with Node.js and Express.js
  • Integrate front-end and back-end, ensuring secure, performant data flows
  • Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs using C#/.NET Core 
  • Integrate UI and back-end services, ensuring secure, performant data flows
  • Model and optimize schemas in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server
  • Apply automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker) to ensure code quality
  • Troubleshoot production issues, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate effectively in agile teams and maintain clear technical documentation
