What would you do? • We are looking for candidate with experience in Life-Annuity Claims and Policy admin service s financial and non-fi transactions such as policy surrender, loan, withdrawal, and policy transfers • Life & Annuity Specialist is responsible for managing and administering life insurance policies and annuity contracts throughout their lifecycle. This role encompasses policy issuance, claims processing.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Process policy issuance and endorsements accurately and timely. • Manage life insurance and annuity claims, ensuring thorough review and prompt payouts. • Serve as a point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on products and benefits. • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Maintain detailed and organized records of policy transactions and communications.
