As an Enterprise Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and overseeing the implementation of intricate, comprehensive information technology solutions that span the entire organization. This role requires envisioning how various technological components integrate to enhance overall business operations and user experiences. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and skill enhancement.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology initiatives with business objectives and drive enterprise-wide transformation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to design scalable and secure architectures that support business continuity and operational efficiency.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing effective, sustainable solutions.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools to optimize technology workflows and processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
