Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled PPC Manager with 6+ years of experience in paid advertising and performance marketing. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing PPC strategies, managing advertising budgets, optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Manage and optimize substantial PPC budgets.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and market analysis.
• Build effective campaign structures, targeting strategies, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
• Continuously optimize bids, budgets, keywords, search terms, ads, audiences, and campaign settings.
• Analyze campaign data and identify performance trends and growth opportunities.
• Improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and overall campaign profitability.
• Plan and execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Work closely with SEO, content, creative, development, and sales teams.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and reporting.
• Build and maintain PPC dashboards and performance reports.
• Forecast advertising spend and campaign performance.
• Mentor junior PPC specialists and support team development.
• Keep up with changes in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, analytics, tracking, and paid media best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional PPC/paid media experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of PPC strategy, bidding, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
• Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
• Knowledge of landing-page and conversion-rate optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage PPC strategy and execution.
• Google Ads certification is preferred.
