As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of artificial intelligence technologies with a strong emphasis on ethical standards and responsibility. This role requires guiding teams to design and implement AI solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and ethical guidelines. The position includes fostering collaboration across various departments to ensure AI initiatives align with organizational values and societal expectations. Leadership and advocacy for responsible AI practices are central to daily activities, ensuring that AI deployments are both innovative and conscientious.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of ethical AI frameworks within projects.
- Promote awareness and training on responsible AI practices across the organization.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics and regulatory compliance related to artificial intelligence technologies.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on responsibility and transparency.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage collaborative projects effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to addressing AI-related challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
