Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-driven applications that utilize Large Language Models.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Test Management.
- Strong experience in developing and integrating APIs for AI applications.
- Expertise in front-end and server-side technologies to support full stack development.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies to streamline deployment and monitoring of AI systems.
- Ability to optimize performance and scalability of AI-driven solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges in AI environments.
