Responsibilities: 

• Lead and deliver projects in cyber strategy, enterprise risk management, and business resilience. 

• Build and scale practice teams, manage attrition, and drive revenue growth. 

• Develop and implement technology solutions for operational resilience, risk mitigation, and automation. 

• Manage client advisory, presales/business development, and technology innovation. 

• Expand offerings into cyber security, IT audit, fraud assessment, resilience, and third-party risk. 

• Build alliances and onboard platforms for sustained client engagement. 

• Drive account growth across sectors (e.g., BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Manufacturing). 

• Manage global service delivery, project management, and quality review. 

• Lead talent management, team building, and coaching initiatives. 

• Create business value propositions and thought leadership in the market. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

• Expertise in cyber strategy, enterprise risk management, and business resilience. 

• Strong experience in practice building, presales, and business development. 

• Proven ability to scale teams and deliver measurable revenue growth. 

• Technical proficiency in managed services, product development, and enterprise architecture. 

Preferred skill sets: 

• Experience in founding or scaling startups. 

• Exposure to cross-border delivery models and international markets (India, Middle East, Europe, South Asia). 

• Industry-first automation experience in operational resilience. 

• Product innovation and patent achievements. 

• M&A experience and product acquisition strategy. 

• Multilingual abilities (English, French, Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi). 

• Extracurricular achievements (e.g., sports, technology innovation awards).
