Summary:
A Security Operations Service Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day support, and maintenance of enterprise security infrastructure (FW , Proxy , NAC , SASE) ensuring the availability, performance, and compliance of security services. Service Engineers form the primary execution layer for operational delivery and support activities.


Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage enterprise security infrastructure (Firewalls, VPN, Proxy, IDS/IPS, SASE).
- Perform proactive monitoring and respond to security alerts and incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues within SLA commitments.
- Execute security policy, firewall, NAT, and access control changes.
- Support vulnerability management, patching, and remediation activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring security incidents.
- Manage user access requests and security compliance requirements.
- Maintain security configurations, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Support audit, regulatory, and risk management activities.
- Collaborate with Network, Cloud, Application, and SOC teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in change, release, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure security platform availability, performance, and operational health.
- Provide technical support during major incidents and escalations.
- Support Major Incident Management (MIM) and engage vendors/TAC teams for critical issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Certification - PCNSE , Prisma Access SASE Professional
Strong understanding of PRISMA SASE
Strong understanding of Palo Alto On Prem & Cloud FW modules
Strong understanding of Juniper MIST & Forcescoute NAC
Good understanding on advance routing protocol
Moderate understanding on Routing & Switching
Incident & Problem Management
Performance & Capacity Management
Log Analytics and packet analysis

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
