Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with expertise in contract drafting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of procurement best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear, legally compliant, and aligned with company policies.

- Procurement Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, bid evaluation, and contract award.

- Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure procurement needs are met and contracts are executed effectively.

- Reporting: Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

 

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on contract drafting and negotiation.

 

- Skills:

  - Strong understanding of procurement best practices and legal requirements.

  - Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.

  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
