Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and fund transfers.
- Handle demand drafts (DD), mail transfers (MC), and vault/teller box custody.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily tallies with zero error.
- Identify counterfeit currency and adhere to strict security/KYC guidelines.
- Spot basic customer needs and refer clients to branch representatives
AM / PAM CASA JD
- CASA Acquisition: Source New-To-Bank (NTB) Current and Savings Accounts adhering to quality, segment, and balance-criteria mix. [1, 2]
- Catchment Mapping: Work with branch managers to map local catchments, run corporate/residential campaigns, and generate customer referrals. [1, 2]
- Digital Onboarding: Guide and activate customers on mobile banking, net banking, and digital payment platforms. [1]
- Cross-Selling: Drive revenue throu
- Manage cash and non-cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle customer requests related to cash withdrawals, deposits, demand drafts, and cheque processing.
- Provide general banking information and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain high standards of speed and accuracy in all transactional processes.
- Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and services.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience to foster loyalty and referrals.
