Love social media? Obsessed with brands, trends, storytelling, and building communities online? We're looking for a Social Media expert with 3-4 years of work experience, to help shape Accenture's social presence in India.

You'll lead social strategies for the region, create and manage social-first campaigns, drive engagement, monitor conversations, and spot emerging opportunities and reputational risks. And work closely with teams across India and around the world to bring Accenture's brand and stories to life.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage Accenture's social media presence across key platforms.
• Develop and execute social-first campaigns that drive engagement and impact.
• Create compelling, platform-native content and copy - with a fundamental understanding of how to leverage AI for creating content
• Build authentic connections with our audiences and manage community interactions.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and cultural moments to keep our content relevant.
• Track performance metrics and turn insights into action.
• Partner with creative, marketing, and communications teams to deliver standout social experiences.
• Identify and escalate potential reputational risks in collaboration with Corporate Communications and Issues Management teams.
• Ensure content aligns with brand, security, compliance, and governance standards.

What We're Looking For

• 3-4 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing.
• Experience working with technology, consulting, or innovation-focused brands.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of social analytics and performance measurement.
• A proactive, strategic, and social-savvy mindset and knows how to use GenAI to create content.
• Strong awareness of content trends, platform updates, and digital culture.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, markets, and time zones.
