What would you do? • Lead the acceleration of marketing automation capability in house and enhance the utilisation of Oracle and Adobe Martech platforms and their data connections. The Automation and Operations Manager will be the internal subject matter expert on all things marketing automation, data integrations and martech system connections and enhancements . • . Responsible for both tactical and strategic problem-solving and developing and delivering innovative best practice solutions to business and customer problems and needs in conjunction with business stakeholders, architecture and integration teams across the broader business. • Business solutions for assisting in marketing response rates and revenues through management of personalized customer communication strategies and delivery of marketing offers at the appropriate time. • Execute, monitor and measure marketing processes through use of technology designed to increase productivity and repeatability.
What are we looking for? • • Tertiary education in Computer Science, Engineering or similar • • Strong leadership and people management experience • • Experience adapting communication methods for technical, business and executive leadership stakeholders • • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including the ability to run workshops and training sessions • • Experience operating within a complex environment • • Experience in teams that use a broad range of agile methodologies in a variety of settings.• • Inspire Customers Deliver Marketing Strategy and Plan • • Deliver the marketing strategy and plan for Coles supermarkets and Coles Online underpinned by customer insights, needs analysis and market opportunities. • • Iterate plans inline with campaign and always on performance through ongoing monitoring of customer feedback and insights. • • Inspire Customers Customer Experience • • Build and drive maturity in the audience growth and data strategy to effectively engage consumers at the right time with the right message
