Senior Salesforce Developer (6-8 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 6-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, platform architecture, cloud solutions, and Salesforce development best practices.

This role requires an individual who can independently analyze business requirements, drive technical design discussions, propose scalable solutions, and lead the implementation of Salesforce applications. The candidate should be comfortable designing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions while collaborating with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Experience.
• Develop and support Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and platforms such as .NET applications, SharePoint, REST APIs, SOAP services, and other enterprise systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including custom development and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, design discussions, and adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and performance best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize existing solutions, and ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support CI/CD, deployment automation, release management, and DevOps processes.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business value.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Asynchronous Processing.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, Platform Events, and Integration Patterns.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Governance Limits.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise application integrations involving .NET, SharePoint, middleware, and cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques.

• Experience working with DevOps, automated testing, and release management processes.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent 4-year bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
