MEP FLS
Job Role – MEP Front Line Supervisor (FLS) Trainee
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP activities at high-rise residential projects.
Guide and monitor workmen/subcontractors to ensure planned activities are completed safely, efficiently and as per schedule.
Major exposure to conduit laying, back box fixing and other MEP installation works.
Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
Monitor manpower deployment, productivity and material utilization at site.
Coordinate with engineers and other agencies to resolve site issues and avoid rework.
Assist in daily progress tracking, measurements, inspections and reporting.
Develop practical knowledge of MEP execution, workmen management and high-rise construction practices.
