Summary:
As a Cloud Operations Administrator, a typical day involves collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee capacity management, ensuring that cloud resources are efficiently allocated and utilized. The role includes managing billing and show back operations to maintain transparency and accuracy in cloud expenditure. Additionally, the position focuses on identifying opportunities for cost optimization across various cloud environments, requiring continuous monitoring and analysis to support sustainable cloud infrastructure management. This role demands proactive engagement with multiple teams to maintain seamless cloud operations and support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor cloud resource usage and provide recommendations for capacity adjustments to meet evolving business needs.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of billing reports to ensure accurate cost allocation and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize cloud expenditure.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with routine operational tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Experience with cloud resource monitoring and management tools within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud billing processes and cost management strategies.
- Ability to analyze cloud usage data to identify trends and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Familiarity with capacity planning and performance monitoring in cloud infrastructure.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with service delivery and technical teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
