  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to safety

Experience in a locomotive subsystem such as Traction, Brakes, or TCMS, along with knowledge of special processes such as torquing and crimping, would be advantageous.

Your key network and stakeholders

You’ll work closely with:

  • Operations
  • ILS
  • Fleet & Warranty
  • EHS
  • Industrial teams
  • Indian Railways loco pilots, SSEs, and officials

How your success will be measured

Your contribution will focus on:

  • Effective and timely locomotive troubleshooting

  • Compliance with EHS and safety requirements
  • Effective collaboration with operational and technical teams

Things you’ll enjoy

Join a hands-on railway engineering environment where you’ll work directly with electric locomotives and critical subsystems, solve challenging technical issues, and contribute to fleet reliability.

You’ll develop your expertise across locomotive systems, collaborate with experienced railway professionals, and contribute to safer and more reliable train operations.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
