We are looking for a motivated Analyst to join our Data Management and Analytics team. This role involves handling data processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business decision-making through analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with data.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Support data management activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Python, R, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Assist in automating data workflows and processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights.
• Document data processes and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Stay updated with industry trends in data analytics and management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field with a focus on Data Analytics, Business Analytics & Intelligence, Data Science & Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning & Data Analytics, or Robotics & Data Analytics. 2025 Batch preferred
• Consistent academic record with minimum 80% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications. (For Maharashtra based candidates 75% or equivalent academic record is needed.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Access, SQL).
• Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL, DBMS/RDBMS, and database management.
• Familiarity with Data Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, OAC etc., Data Integration tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, Talend, ODI, etc.), Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Python.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•  Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies in enterprise solutions.
