Relationship Manager - LAP_Loan Against Property_0412_2784_1064309
Responsible for sourcing and acquiring Loan Against Property (LAP) business through direct customer acquisition, connectors, DSAs, and channel partners. The role involves relationship management, lead generation, portfolio growth, and ensuring seamless loan processing while achieving assigned business targets.
- Acquire new Loan Against Property (LAP) customers through open market sourcing, references, and channel partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, builders, and business associates.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory and bank policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for loan disbursement and revenue generation.
- Manage customer queries and provide end-to-end support throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Track competitor activities and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Experience in LAP, Mortgage, Home Loans, Business Loans, or secured lending sales.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of the lending process and credit assessment.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and field-sales environment.
- Excellent communication and customer management skills.
