- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within enterprise environments.
- Skilled in performance optimization and code quality assurance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
